Terms of Service

Placeholder pending legal review · last updated 2026

This is a working draft of the Money Sentinel terms of service. Final language will be reviewed by counsel before launch.

The most important term: Money Sentinel is an information publisher, not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. Nothing we publish is investment advice or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions.

What the service is

Money Sentinel reads public filings from SEC EDGAR and publishes plain-English summaries of them on an impersonal, general-circulation basis — the same content to every subscriber. It is a news and information product.

What it is not

It is not personalized financial advice, a brokerage, a trading platform, or a guarantee of any outcome. We do not provide ratings, price targets, or model portfolios, and we do not consider your individual financial circumstances.

Accuracy

We work to summarize filings faithfully and always link to the original source so you can verify. Filings can contain errors, be amended, or be misinterpreted; the original SEC document always governs. Use the source link.

Subscriptions

The daily alert is free. Paid plans renew on the stated billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; details will be finalized at launch.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sentinel Media Inc. is not liable for any investment losses or other damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the information we publish. Investing involves risk, including loss of principal.
